1. Introduction

Welcome to Papyrus, a software suite designed for authors by Novelty Writing Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website located at papyrusauthor.com or papyrus.de (the "Site"), purchasing a license for Papyrus software, creating an account, or participating in our community forums and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.


1.2 Modification of Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Site. We will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document to indicate the date of the latest revision. In the event of significant changes, we may also notify you via email or by placing a prominent notice on our Site. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates.


2. Description of Services


2.1 Papyrus Software

Papyrus 12 ("Papyrus") is a software suite meticulously designed for authors and creative writers. It offers an environment tailored to the unique nature of creative writing, providing tools and features that extend beyond traditional word processors. Papyrus empowers users with a comprehensive set of functionalities, including:

  • Writing Tools: An intuitive interface for drafting and organizing manuscripts, enabling seamless writing experiences.

  • Storytelling Features: Advanced tools for creating and managing characters, plots, world-building elements, and more.

  • Editing Assistance: Integrated editing tools that enhance grammar, style, readability, and overall quality of the written work.

  • Publishing Support: Features that assist in formatting and preparing manuscripts for publication, including layout options and export capabilities.


2.2 Support Services

We are committed to providing support to ensure you get the most out of Papyrus:

  • Basic Support: Available to all users, including access to our knowledge base, tutorials, FAQs, and community forums where you can engage with other users and our support team.

  • Bespoke Support: Custom support options for groups, enterprises, or users with bespoke licensing agreements. These tailored support services address specific needs and may include dedicated support channels, training sessions, and priority assistance.


2.3 Updates and Upgrades

Our software maintenance policy includes:

  • Updates: Free minor updates within the current major product version (e.g., updates within Papyrus 12). These updates may include bug fixes, performance enhancements, and minor feature additions.

  • Upgrades: Major version upgrades (e.g., from Papyrus 12 to Papyrus 13) are not included with the original purchase and require a separate purchase at the applicable upgrade pricing.


2.4 Additional Services

From time to time, we may offer additional services to enhance your experience with Papyrus. These services may appear sporadically or be offered continuously at our sole discretion and include, but are not limited to:

  • Community Features: Access to author and book profiles, allowing users to showcase their work and connect with other writers.

  • Content Sharing: Opportunities to share content created with Papyrus, such as templates, mind maps, character sheets, and other helpful resources with the community.

  • Writing Competitions: Participation in writing competitions where users can submit their work for recognition and potential rewards.

  • Ambassador Program: An ambassador program that allows users to refer friends directly or promote Papyrus within their communities, potentially including collaborations with influencers or groups.

  • Collaborations with Industry Partners: Potential collaborations with other book industry providers to offer additional benefits or services.


Please note:

  • No Guarantee: These additional services are not guaranteed and are not part of the purchase of Papyrus. They are offered at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

  • Participation Rights: We reserve the right to decide who may participate in these services. Access may be limited based on eligibility criteria, and we may refuse participation to any user without explanation.

  • Modifications: We may modify the features, content, and availability of these additional services at any time. This includes the right to introduce new services, alter existing ones, or discontinue services altogether.

  • Separate Terms: Participation in these additional services may be subject to separate or additional terms and conditions, which will be provided to you at the time of engagement.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that these additional offerings are supplementary and that their availability or absence does not affect the core functionality of Papyrus purchased by you.


2.5 Target Audience

Papyrus is intended for authors and creative writers who seek a specialized environment for their writing endeavors. By using our Services, you acknowledge and accept the following:

  • Exposure to User-Generated Content: You may encounter content created by other users that is not under our immediate control. This content may include various forms of written material shared within community features or forums.

  • Content Responsibility: While we encourage respectful and appropriate sharing, we are not responsible for the content posted by users. We advise all users to adhere to our community guidelines and report any content that violates our policies.

  • Age Appropriateness: Users should be aware that content may vary in nature and may not be suitable for all audiences. Parental discretion is advised for younger users.


3. Eligibility and User Accounts


3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our Services, including purchasing a license for Papyrus and participating in our community forums, you may be required to create a user account ("Account"). When creating an Account, you agree to:

  • Be the Only Account User: User your personal data for the Account, and not share it with anybody else.

  • Provide Accurate Information: Submit truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Maintain Account Information: Keep your Account information up-to-date and promptly update any changes.

  • Secure Your Credentials: Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and restrict access to your Account.

  • Notify of Unauthorized Use: Immediately inform us at hello@papyrus.de if you suspect any unauthorized access or use of your Account.

Account creation requires a valid email address and a secure password. We may offer Single Sign-On (SSO) options in the future (e.g., login with Google). If you choose to register or log in using SSO, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the third-party service provider.


3.2 Eligibility

By creating an Account or using our Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • Age Requirement: You are at least 16 years old or of the legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract.

  • Legal Capacity: You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and comply with all obligations herein.

  • Compliance with Laws: Your use of the Services does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.

If you are under the age of 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from your parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.


3.3 User Responsibilities

As an Account holder, you agree to:

  • Respect Community Guidelines: Adhere to our Community Guidelines, which govern acceptable behavior and content within our forums and platforms.

  • Avoid Prohibited Conduct: Refrain from activities including, but not limited to, impersonation, harassment, spamming, hacking, or distributing malicious content.

  • Protect Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others and not upload or distribute content without proper authorization.


3.4 Account Management

We reserve the right to manage Accounts to maintain the integrity and security of our Services:

  • Suspension or Termination: We may suspend or terminate your Account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities.

  • Investigation of Violations: We may investigate any suspected breach of these Terms and cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required.

  • No Liability for Actions: We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the suspension or termination of your Account in accordance with these Terms.


3.5 Account Termination by You

You may terminate your Account at any time by:

  • Contacting Us: Sending a request to hello@papyrus.de from the email address associated with your Account.

Upon termination, access to your Account, including any content or data associated with it, will be discontinued. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.


3.6 Reactivation of Accounts

If your Account has been suspended or terminated:

  • Reactivation Requests: You may request reactivation by contacting us at hello@papyrus.de. Include pertinent information to assess your request.

  • Conditions for Reactivation: Reactivation is at our sole discretion and may be subject to additional terms or requirements.

  • Denial of Reactivation: We reserve the right to deny reactivation requests without providing a reason.


3.7 Security

Your responsibility includes:

  • Safeguarding Credentials: Ensuring that your username and password are secure and not shared with others.

  • Account Activity: Accepting responsibility for all activities that occur under your Account.

  • Liability for Breach: Acknowledging that we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.


3.8 Multiple Accounts

Unless expressly permitted, you may not create multiple Accounts. Creating multiple Accounts without permission may result in suspension or termination of all related Accounts.


3.9 Transfer of Accounts

Accounts are personal to you and may not be transferred or assigned to any other person or entity without our prior written consent.


4. Community Forum and User-Generated Content


4.1 Community Participation

Our Services may include access to community forums, discussion boards, social media groups, or other interactive areas where users can post content, communicate with others, and share resources ("Community Features"). By participating in these Community Features, you agree to adhere to these Terms and any additional guidelines or rules that may be posted.


4.2 Content Guidelines

When posting or sharing content ("User Content") within our Community Features, you agree that you will not upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available any content that:

  • Violates Laws or Regulations: Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Infringes Intellectual Property Rights: Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party.

  • Contains Malicious Code: Includes software viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other computer code designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any software or hardware.

  • Engages in Personal Attacks or Harassment: Targets individuals or groups for harassment, abuse, or any form of personal attack.

  • Is Spam or Unauthorized Advertising: Constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation.

  • Misrepresents Identity: Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.


4.3 User Conduct

By using the Community Features, you agree to:

  • Respect Others: Treat all users with respect and courtesy. Engage in constructive dialogue and refrain from personal attacks.

  • Stay On Topic: Keep discussions relevant to the topic or purpose of the community area.

  • Protect Privacy: Do not share personal or sensitive information about yourself or others without consent.

  • Follow Guidelines: Adhere to any specific rules or guidelines posted within the Community Features.


4.4 Moderation Policies

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to monitor, edit, or remove User Content that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. Our moderation policies include:

  • Content Removal: We may remove or disable access to any User Content without prior notice.

  • Account Actions: Violation of these Terms may result in actions against your Account, including warnings, suspension, or termination.

  • Reporting Mechanisms: Users can report inappropriate content or behavior by contacting us at hello@papyrus.de. We will review all reports and take appropriate action as necessary.

  • No Liability: We assume no liability for any User Content posted by you or any third party.


4.5 Intellectual Property Rights


4.5.1 Ownership of Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you create and submit through our Services. This includes any writings, manuscripts, documents, or other creative works you produce using Papyrus or share within the Community Features.


4.5.2 License Grant to Novelty Writing Ltd

(a) Content Submitted for Public Display

By submitting User Content intended for public display—such as forum posts, articles, competition entries, or other materials shared in the Community Features—you grant Novelty Writing Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform such User Content in connection with the provision, promotion, and improvement of the Services. This license allows us to showcase your publicly shared content to other users, promote community engagement, and feature your work in promotional materials related to the Services.

(b) Content Submitted with Private Scope

For User Content that you store privately within your Account and do not share publicly—such as personal manuscripts, notes, drafts, or other materials—you grant us a limited license to access, store, process, and transmit such content solely as necessary to provide the Services to you. This includes actions like data backup, synchronization across devices, and providing customer support. We will not use your private content for any other purpose without your explicit consent.


4.6 Liability for Content

  • Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the User Content you post and the consequences of sharing it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Novelty Writing Ltd from any claims arising from your User Content.

  • No Endorsement: We do not endorse any User Content or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed therein.

  • Third-Party Rights: If your User Content infringes upon the rights of any third party, you may be subject to civil or criminal penalties.


4.7 Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibitions outlined elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to:

  • Data Mining: Use any automated system, including robots or spiders, to access the Community Features for data extraction.

  • Disrupt Services: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Community Features or the data contained therein.

  • Collect Information: Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names or email addresses, from other users without their express consent.


4.8 Feedback and Suggestions

We appreciate feedback, comments, and suggestions to improve our Services ("Feedback"). If you provide Feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate your Feedback into the Services without any obligation to you.


4.9 Third-Party Content and Links

  • External Links: The Community Features may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites.

  • No Liability: You acknowledge sole responsibility for and assume all risk arising from your use of any third-party websites or resources.


4.10 Content Storage and Access

  • No Guarantee of Storage: We do not guarantee the preservation or availability of any User Content. We recommend that you keep backups of your own content.

  • Data Retention: We may, but have no obligation to, retain User Content for a period determined at our discretion.


4.11 Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in relation to your use of the Community Features.


4.12 Parental Guidance

For users under the age of majority, parental guidance is advised when accessing the Community Features due to the potential exposure to content not suitable for all ages.


5. Purchasing, Licensing, and Software Usage


5.1 Payment Methods

We offer a variety of secure payment methods to facilitate your purchase of Papyrus 12 and related services:

5.2 Pricing Structure


5.2.1 Personal Licenses

  • One-Time Purchase: Papyrus 12 is available as a one-time purchase for personal use. Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the software subject to the terms outlined in these Terms and the End-User License Agreement (EULA).

  • Upgrade Discounts: If you are an existing owner of a version of "Papyrus Author," you may be eligible for a discounted upgrade price to Papyrus 12. Proof of ownership may be required to qualify for the upgrade discount.


5.2.2 Bespoke Licensing

  • Custom Licenses: We offer bespoke licensing options for groups, enterprises, and users with specific needs. These licenses may include additional features, support services, or different terms.


5.2.3 Pricing Changes

  • Right to Change Prices: We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.

  • Promotions and Discounts: We may offer promotional pricing, discounts, or special offers from time to time. Such promotions are subject to additional terms and may be limited in duration.


5.3 Refund Policy


5.3.1 Refunds

  • Eligibility: We offer a 15-day refund policy for consumers who purchase personal licenses of Papyrus 12. To request a refund, contact us within 15 days of your purchase at hello@papyrus.de.

  • Refund Process: Upon approval, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

  • Exclusions: Refunds are only available for first-time purchases of personal licenses. Upgrade purchases, bespoke licenses, or additional services may have different refund policies specified in their respective terms.


5.3.2 Statutory Rights

  • Consumer Rights: The refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law.


5.4 License Agreement and Usage

Your use of Papyrus 12 is governed by the terms outlined in these Terms and our End-User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated herein by reference.


5.4.1 Grant of License

  • License Scope: Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use Papyrus 12 in accordance with the EULA.

  • Permitted Use: You may install and use Papyrus 12 on up to three devices owned or controlled by you, solely for your personal or internal business purposes. This license permits you to:

  • Personal or Internal Business Purposes: Utilize the software for your personal projects or internal business purposes.

  • User Limitations: The license is for individual use. Simultaneous use by multiple users requires additional licenses.


5.4.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Unauthorized Copying: Copy, reproduce, or distribute the software or any portion thereof without our explicit permission.

  • Modification and Derivative Works: Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the software.

  • Reverse Engineering: Decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer the software, except to the extent permitted by law.

  • Resale or Transfer: Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or transfer your license to the software to any third party without our prior written consent.

  • Circumventing Security Measures: Attempt to bypass or disable any security features or technological protections in the software.

  • Unauthorized Access: Use the software to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.

  • Illegal Activities: Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.


5.4.3 Duration and Termination of License

  • Limited License: The license granted for Papyrus 12 is subject to compliance with these Terms and the EULA.

  • Termination by Us: We may terminate your license if you violate any part of these Terms or the EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

  • Termination by You: You may terminate the license at any time by uninstalling the software and destroying all copies.

  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to be in effect.


5.5 Software Updates and Upgrades

  • Free Updates: We may provide free minor updates within the current major version of the software (e.g., Papyrus 12). These updates may include bug fixes and minor enhancements.

  • Mandatory Updates: You agree to install critical updates provided by us within a reasonable time frame to ensure the proper functioning and security of the software.

  • Major Upgrades: Upgrades to new major versions (e.g., from Papyrus 12 to Papyrus 13) are not included and require a separate purchase.

  • Update Notifications: We may notify you of available updates through the software or via email.


5.6 Trial Versions

  • Availability: We may offer a time-limited trial version of Papyrus 12, currently available for 7 days.

  • Limitations: The trial version may have limited features and is intended for evaluation purposes only.

  • One Trial per Period: Users are limited to one trial version every six months.

  • Transition to Full Version: After the trial period, continued use of Papyrus 12 requires the purchase of a license.


5.7 Taxes and Duties

  • Responsibility for Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, including sales, use, value-added, or other governmental taxes or fees payable in connection with your purchase.

  • Tax Exemptions: If you are exempt from taxes, you must provide valid proof of exemption. We reserve the right to determine if the documentation provided is sufficient.


5.8 Electronic Communications

  • Consent to Electronic Transactions: By purchasing a license, you consent to receive communications electronically, including invoices, receipts, and other transactional information.

  • Record Keeping: We encourage you to retain copies of electronic communications.


5.9 Payment Security

  • Third-Party Payment Processors: All financial transactions are conducted through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store complete payment information on our servers.

  • Data Protection: Your payment information is subject to the privacy policies of the payment processors. We are not responsible for any errors or security breaches of these third parties.


5.10 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we deliver the software license to you.


5.11 License Transfers

  • Non-Transferable License: Licenses are issued to the original purchaser and are not transferable without our prior written consent.


5.12 Compliance with Laws

  • Export Restrictions: The software may be subject to export laws and regulations. You agree to comply with all applicable international and national laws that apply to the software, including export regulations. You represent that you are not located in a country that is subject to U.S. or E.U. government embargoes or otherwise designated as prohibited from the use of the software.

  • General Compliance: You agree to use Papyrus 12 in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.


5.13 Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: All intellectual property rights in Papyrus 12 and related materials are owned by Novelty Writing Ltd and its licensors.

  • No Transfer of Rights: Aside from the right to use the software as granted in the limited license, these Terms do not transfer any intellectual property rights to you.


5.14 Third-Party Components

  • Included Software: Papyrus 12 may include third-party software components that are subject to separate license agreements.

  • Compliance: You agree to comply with the terms and conditions of all applicable third-party licenses.


5.15 Data Management

  • Your Content: You are responsible for managing and backing up your data and written content. We are not liable for any loss of data.

  • Privacy Policy: Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.


5.16 Feedback and Usage Data

  • Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation, as stated in 4.8.

  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data to improve our software and services, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.


5.17 Technical Requirements

  • System Compatibility: Ensure that your devices meet the minimum system requirements specified for Papyrus 12.

  • Internet Access: Papyrus 12 requires an internet connection at least once every 14 days. Some features may require a steady internet connection. You are responsible for providing an internet connection and any internet service fees.


5.18 Permitted Use

You agree to use Papyrus 12 and our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include:

  • Creative Writing: Drafting, editing, and managing manuscripts, stories, or other literary works.

  • Publishing Preparation: Utilizing the software's features to format and prepare works for publication.


5.19 Prohibited Actions

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Unauthorized Access: Use the software to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network.

  • Illegal Activities: Use the software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Circumventing Security Measures: Attempt to bypass or disable any security features or technological protections in the software.

  • Automated Use Prohibited: Use Papyrus 12 for automations, batch processing, queues, pipeline operations, or any form of automated processing. The personal license offered on our website is intended for individual use only. Any business use must be for personal purposes. Automated or enterprise-level usage is only permitted under a separate enterprise license.


6. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in and to Papyrus 12, including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, trademarks, service marks, and logos, are owned by Novelty Writing Ltd or its licensors. All rights are reserved.


7. Warranty and Limitation of Liability


7.1 Limited Warranty

  • Warranty Period: We warrant that Papyrus 12 will substantially perform in accordance with the advertised functionalities and documentation for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Scope of Warranty: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and in compliance with the provided instructions.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover issues arising from:

    • Unauthorized modifications or alterations to the software.

    • Use of the software contrary to the instructions or outside the intended environment.

    • Problems caused by third-party software, hardware, or misuse.


7.2 Remedies

  • Repair or Replacement: If the software does not comply with this warranty, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the software at no additional charge.

  • Refund Option: If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a refund of the purchase price paid.


7.3 Disclaimer of Other Warranties

  • As-Is Provision: Except for the express warranty provided above, Papyrus 12 is provided "as is" without any additional warranties, conditions, or guarantees of any kind.

  • No Implied Warranties: We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Use: We do not warrant that the software will meet your specific requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.


7.4 Limitation of Liability

  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Papyrus 12 shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

  • Exclusion of Certain Damages: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

    • Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.

    • Loss of data or data corruption.

    • Business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

    • Any other loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the software.


7.5 Consumer Rights

  • Mandatory Rights: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and mandatory provisions of law, the latter shall prevail.

  • Jurisdictional Variations: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations on liability for certain types of damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction


8.1 Company Information

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.


8.3 Dispute Resolution

  • Informal Resolution: Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at legal@papyrus.de. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days.

  • Jurisdiction: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Cyprus.


9. Termination and Suspension


9.1 Termination by Novelty Writing Ltd

We may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.


9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Access Rights: Your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

  • Data Deletion: We may delete or deactivate your Account and all related information and files.

  • Survival of Terms: All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.


9.3 User Termination

You may terminate your Account by discontinuing the use of the Services and deleting any copies of the software in your possession.


10. Language

These Terms are provided in English. If we provide a translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.

These Terms, along with the EULA and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Novelty Writing Ltd regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
